Regium waterfront – Reggio Calabria

The project includes a housing museum and a performing art centre. The museum has a starfish-shaped structure with four tips. The elevation profile is made up of four accesible levels and a curvilinear roofing. The seismic resistant structures are made entirely from reinforced concrete walls. The outdoor area includes works connecting the museum to the sorrounding orography by concrete retaining walls for the embankments, stairs and linking ramps along the central block of the museum and techinical rooms.
